Production of Children's Melamine Tableware from Melamine Molding Powder:

1. Raw Material Preparation: Food-grade powder must be used for tableware.

2. Weighing: Weigh the exact amount of molding powder required for each item.

3. Preheaing: Place the weighed powder in a high-frequency preheater.

4. Mold Loading & Compression Molding:

• Preheat the chromium-plated steel mold.
• Load the preheated powder cake into the lower cavity.
• Close the press and apply initial pressure to let the resin flow.
• Bleed / Exhaust: Briefly crack the molds open to vent condensed water vapor and volatiles.
• Apply final pressure to complete the thermoset cross-linking.

5. Trimming / Buffing / Polishing: remove flash (burrs) through manual or automatic edge-grinding, by polishing using cloth or buffing wheels to obtain smooth rims and a glossy surface.

6. Quality Inspection & Packaging: Inspect for bubbles, whitening, warping, or incomplete cure. Double-layer packing: Inner moisture-proof PE bag (heat sealed) + outer kraft paper bag.
