How to Make Melamine Crockery?

2. Material Selection: Use food-grade A5 pure melamine molding powder for dinnerware.
3. Preheating Procedure: Weighing accurately measures the exact melamine powder quantity per piece, by loading the weighed material into a high‑frequency preheater to eliminate moisture and form solid cakes or blocks; a preheating machine is needed for this step.
4. Molding/Compression Process: Pre heat steel molds, load preheated powder cakes into lower cavities, then apply high temperature and pressure for irreversible thermoset curing. Briefly open molds for degassing to discharge vapor and volatiles. Required equipment: hydraulic press, melamine tableware machine, custom molds.
5. Polishing Process: The polishing process trims excess flash and burrs via manual or automatic edge‑grinding, then buffs surfaces and rims with cloth buffing wheels for smooth glossy finishes.
