Melamine Crockery Molding Process

Prepare items: melamine powder, glazing powder

Machine: crockery moulding machine 300 tons, moulds ( 6 cavities), preheater (5kw/10kw)

1. Weigh the melamine powder in a special box to preheat in the preheater machine 

2. Put the baked powder cake from preheater machine into the mold

3. Press the molding machine to close mold automatically

4. Put the glazing powder on top of the melamine crockery to make it shinning

5. Get out the melamine crockery and clean the mold by air gun
