MELAMINE GLAZING POWDER

Melamine resin glazing powder is a product that has the advantages of good flow properties, high gloss, and low free formaldehyde content. 

• It is manufactured in accordance with the ASTM D-704-62 Type I, JIS K-6917, JIS S-2029 and CNS 2985. 
• It can be easily used to increase gloss of product appearance and used as paper coating after water is added.

Production Process of making tableware using melamine powder

1.  prepare raw materials (Melamine Tableware Raw materials), weigh materials, prepare foil paper 

2.  preheat the melamine powder

3.  compression molding and decals

4.  put the melamine glazing powder on for glazing

5.  coarse grinding and fine grinding

6.  polishing and packaging

Applications:

1. Melamine glazing powder is used to cover on the surface of melamine tableware to play a glazing effect and make it bright and shinning.

2. Melamine glazing powder is used for the production of melamine powder to improve the fluidity and processing properties of melamine powder.

Package:

The packing bag is Craft paper bag with plastic inner liner. For melamine powder and glazing powder, it's always 20 kg per bag, while marble look melamine granule is 18 kg per bag.
