The purpose of the invention is to provide a method to improve the processing performance and product life of the melamine resin powder product, save resources, increase the colorfulness of molded products, and improve the diversity of molded products.

The preparation method includes A component preparation, B component preparation and finished product preparation.

Steps of the Preparation for A Component

1. Reaction：In the reaction kettle, the formaldehyde resin is made into a 38% formaldehyde solution according to the proportion and added to the reaction kettle to adjust the pH value to 8.5, then the melamine is added in proportion, and the reaction is heated to 90°C to the end;

2. Kneading: After cooling down to 70°C, put the reactants into a kneader, and add wood pulp fibers and pigment A in proportion to kneading;

3. Drying: After kneading, enter an oven for drying. The oven adopts a mesh belt hot air oven, dried with hot air at 85°C, and controls the moisture content below 3.5% to obtain dry materials for use;

4. Ball milling: The dry materials are sent to the ball mill, the lubricant, curing agent, titanium dioxide, and pigment A auxiliary materials are added in proportion, and the ball milling is 9 hours to complete the densification and color matching;

Steps of the Preparation for B Component

B Component will be different color with the same preparing steps as A Component.

Finished Product Preparation: Mix component A and component B melamine powder evenly, and pack in a paper bag lined with the film. The finished powder should be stored in an environment below 25°C.
