Melamine Tableware Foil Paper Glazing Powder

Melamine Glaze Powder is also called melamine glazing resin. It is a reaction between formaldehyde and melamine into a resin. The powder is dried by ball milling. Because it is not added with pulp, it is commonly called “fine powder”. When used to mold tableware, the surface is spread to increase the surface brightness，leanliness and makes the tableware more beautiful and generous.

It mainly includes LG110, LG220, LG250 three varieties. LG-110 is mainly used for A1 and A3 material cover light, LG-220 is mainly used for A5 material cover light, LG-250 is mainly used for decal paper.

Glazing powder is non-toxic, tasteless, odorless. It is an ideal back cover light material for melamine molding plastic products, and has the characteristics of making the product bright and wear-resistant.
Tableware coated with Glazing Powder LG220 has a shinny & harder surface and resists better to cigarette burns, foodstuffs,abrasion and detergents. 

Applications:

1. Used in the manufacture of melamine tableware. Generally covered on the surface of melamine tableware to play a glazing effect.

2. Used for the production of melamine powder. In the grinding stage of melamine production, glazing powder is a common additive, which can improve the fluidity and processing properties of melamine powder.

Storage:

1. Store in a cool,dry and ventilated storehouse away from moisture

2. Avoid handling or transporting together with acidic or alkaline substances

3. Prevent the material from rain and insolation

4. Load and unload carefully and protect from package damage

5. In the event of a fire,use water,soil or carbon dioxide fire extinguishing media
