Recently, the formaldehyde market has fallen. The average price of formaldehyde in Shandong was 1326.67 yuan/ton on Dec.1st, and 1313.33 yuan/ton on the Dec.7th, a decrease of 1.01%. The current price has dropped by 5.06% year-on-year.

Recently, due to the impact of public security incidents, downstream factories have continued to start operations lower, demand has weakened sharply, the formaldehyde market has light transactions, inventory accumulation, and the market has fallen weakly.

Upstream methanol situation: The domestic methanol market has been weak recently, crude oil fluctuated widely, and methanol futures fluctuated weakly.
