In the spot market of imported wood pulp, the trading volume is relatively rigid. Among them, the price of softwood pulp has been adjusted steadily by 50-150 yuan/ton, and the price of hardwood pulp has been adjusted by 50-150 yuan/ton.

The main factors that affect the price trend are as follows:

1. First, the news of the external market has been issued one after another. There are rumors that some brands have been sold and the supply has been halved. The news and the financial attributes of the products continue to support the pulp market;

2. Second, the pulp futures price fell within a narrow range, but the industry was reluctant to sell at a low price considering the late arrival cost and shipping schedule factors, which slowed down the speed of pulp price decline;

3. Third, the actual price of base paper for downstream cultural paper in some areas has narrowed by 30-50 yuan/ton, and the real price of white cardboard in some areas has been loose by about 100 yuan/ton. The pressure on base paper enterprises has increased, and the acceptance of high-priced raw materials reduced.

According to the data, the weekly average price of imported wood pulp has risen to varying degrees compared with last week.
