1. Preparation of disinfectant water

• The ratio of disinfectant water: 2500 grams of water /1 piece of disinfection tablet.
• Replace it every 2 hours.

2. Preparation of washing water

The ratio of cleaning liquid to warm water: 1000g warm water/10g detergent.

Operation Process

1. Put the melamine chopsticks into the prepared washing water to wash.

2. Soak the cleaned melamine chopsticks in disinfectant water for 5 minutes.

3. Rinse the sterilized melamine chopsticks.

4. Put the sterilized melamine chopsticks to immerse into a boiling water bucket and cook on the stove for 3-5 minutes and remove.

5. Put the melamine chopsticks in the sterilized rack and drain the water to dry.

Operational Requirements

• After using, the melamine chopsticks must be soaked in washing water in time.
• It is not allowed to use steel balls and other hard objects to wash to avoid damage.
• The washed melamine chopsticks should have a smooth surface, free of oil stains, water stains, foam, disinfectant smell and insoluble attachments.

Note: Melamine chopsticks must not be disinfected and heated in the high temperature disinfection cabinet. Ozone disinfection machine can be used for melamine products disinfection.
