Production Process of Melamine Tableware

1. Preheating procedure: Weigh the raw material needed for the specific  tableware to be produced.  Put the melamine powder into a high-frequency preheater to preheat to let the powdery raw material change into block.

2. Plain surface procedure: Pour the preheated raw materials into the mold, start the mechanical plain surface procedure, and it will be mold into shape at after temperature and high pressure.

3. Decal procedure: Cut the foil paper that has been coated with glaze powder according to the shape, and paste it on the surface of the tableware as required and move into mechanical printing procedure.

4. Gold adding procedure: After the product is affixed with foil paper, evenly spread glazing powder onto the surface of the product. The glaze powder should be enough and not be sprinkled at least, otherwise it will affect the color of the product. Then start the machine, after curing in high temperature and high pressure,  the surface of the product has the general luster of porcelain.

5. Polishing procedure: After the product is produced, it needs to be polished. Grinding and polishing can remove the burrs of the product, making the product look more beautiful and smooth for people to use.

6. Inspection and packaging procedures: It has entered the inspection link. In order to ensure the quality of the product, the quality inspection is strictly controlled. Initial inspection and re-inspection should be provided to select the unqualified products and then enter the warehouse package.

What to Pay Attention for Melamine Tableware?

Do not use melamine tableware in the microwave. If it is used, cracking will occur. For washing melamine tableware, use a soft cloth to clean the surface of the tableware. Because the scouring pad and steel wire ball will wipe the surface of the tableware, making it more susceptible to contamination.
